What is Omni's "No Show" policy?


If you've missed your pickup date, your order will be marked as a No Show.

Since all orders are pulled from our marketplace, prepped for your arrival, and otherwise unable to be rented by others since they are reserved to be in your care, Omni charges all No Show orders for one reservation day.

For orders that are multiple days long, our Customer Success team will refund you the remaining amount paid for the order. Depending on how quickly your bank processes payments, you should see these funds reflected in your account within 3-7 business days.
