What happens if I don't return my item on time?


At Omni, we understand that sometimes plans change. If for whatever reason you are unable to return your rental to the store by their closing hours on your return date, you'll be charged an additional day of rental fees.

If you are unable to facilitate a return within two calendar days of your original return date, Omni will consider the item as lost. For more information on what this means, see What happens if I damage or lose rental items?
