For some rentals, Omni requires photo ID verification through our third-party provider Berbix.
How does it work?
During the checkout process, you will be brought to a page similar to the one below:
We have found the most convenient way to interact with this feature is to simply click "Use my phone."
You'll be prompted to enter your mobile phone number, and shortly thereafter a text message with a custom link will be sent to the number provided.
Follow the prompts on the screen to take a photo of the front and back of your ID. If you are having issues with the application not accepting your ID, make sure the photo is taken in good lighting and all printed details on the ID are easily readable.
After this process is complete, you will be brought to a page confirming the details of your ID. You can then continue with the checkout process!
